Krazy Anna's Chicken Fingers IIi (L-C-F)

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp soy flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp creole seasoning
  • oil , as needed

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs salt & pepper.
  2. Slice Chicken into finger pieces.
  3. Place Chicken into the eggs and mix together.
  4. Mix soy flour with all spices.
  5. Turn burner to medium heat and wait until fry pan and oil to get hot.
  6. Remove chicken from eggs and mix in flour mix.
  7. Place in frying pan and brown on both sides.
  8. Make any type of dip. (SEE SUGGESTION IN ABOVE DESCRIPTION).
  9. Enjoy!
