Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups potato water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Stir yeast into lukewarm water
  2. Add reat of ingredients mix
  3. In morning stir up and use 2 cups starter.
  4. Leave one cup in jar
  5. To that one cup add 2 cups potato water
  6. And 1 cup mashed potatoes
  7. And 1 tablespoon sugar.
  8. 6 tablesppons flour
  9. Save for next baking day.
