Sesame Parmesan Monkey Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water
  2. Add sugar, salt, eggs, shortening and 3 1/2 cups flour
  3. Beat real well
  4. Gradually add the remaining flour, knead 10 minutes
  5. Divide dough and roll out on lightly floured surface
  6. Cut into little squares
  7. Dip each square into melted butter
  8. Mix the sesame seeds, parmesan cheese and parsley flakes in shallow pan
  9. Roll in sesame seeds/parmesan cheese
  10. Drop into greased bundt pan-helter skelter
  11. Let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour)
  12. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
  13. Turn upside down on a plate to remove from pans
  14. This makes 2 pans of monkey bread
