Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour Chicken Broth into a large pan add diced up carrots and Celery and onion.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Pour into a crockpot.
  4. Add Chicken and cut up innards.
  5. Add bread that has been toasted and cut up.
  6. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
  7. I also add Sage and Poultry seasoning to taste.
  8. I cook it on low in the crockpot for 3 to 4 Hours.
  9. I also have found out that for easy clean up spray the crockpot with non stick spray.
  10. I also like to add a jar of Turkey Gravy after it has cooked for an hour.
  11. Do not stir it in until ready to serve.
