Kimchi Soup With Tuna

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. If necessary, cut kimchi into desirable size (about 2-inch lengths)
  2. Cut green onion into 2 to 3-inch length pieces
  3. Open tuna and drain oil (or water) well
  4. Mix seasoning ingredients; (red pepper, 1 tsp. garlic, and ginger)
  5. In a pot, stir kimchi, seasoning mixture, 1 Tbl. chopped garlic, sesame oil, and tuna over high heat for about 5 minutes.
  6. Pour 1 1/2 cups water over it and bring to a boil
  7. When it starts to boil, add fish sauce
  8. Boil gently over medium heat for 20 minutes
  9. Add green onion just before turning off the heat
