Beef and Bok Choy Hot Pot

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the water, beef broth, rice vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  2. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat; add beef, browning on all sides.
  4. Add broth mixture along with the green onions, garlic and ginger.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Cover and reduce heat.
  7. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until beef is tender.
  8. Stir in bok choy and carrots; cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
  9. Serve beef mixture over hot rice noodles.
