Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine water and cornstarch and stir until cornstarch is dissolved.
  2. Add this to the other marinade ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer till thick.
  4. Dipping sauce 1:
  5. Combine water and cornstarch in and mix until cornstarch is dissolved.
  6. Combine this solution with the other dipping sauce ingredients in small pan over medium heat.
  7. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  8. Peanut dipping sauce:
  9. Combine ingredients in a pan over medium low heat.
  10. Heat while whisking until sauce becomes smooth.
  11. Remove from heat when done.
  12. Cut chicken into pieces.
  13. Grill the chicken until done(I use an indoor grill).
  14. Spoon chicken and crushed peanuts on lettuce.
  15. Roll and serve with the dipping sauces on the side.
