Kathy's Tofu Spaghetti Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice tofu into 1 inch slabs
  2. Slice onions
  3. Sliver mushrooms
  4. Cook winter squash in microwave and slice into 1/2 inch pieces
  5. Place tofu in an oven proof dish and top with all topping with spaghetti sauce last
  6. Bake at 190 C° (320F°)
