Ingredients:

  • 7 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 5 cups kale leaves
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Heat chicken broth and cream over medium heat in a large pot.
  2. Add kale, potato, salt and red pepper.
  3. Simmer for 40 minutes or until potato is cooked.
