Chicken Kale Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken breasts
  • 4 cups kale
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 2 cups celery

Directions:

  1. Sautee shallot and garlic in pan.
  2. Add carrots and continue to sautee.
  3. Add chicken.
  4. Add celery.
  5. Add chicken broth, cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Add kale (cut up, destemmed).
