Ingredients:

  • 120 g kale
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 medium pear
  • 1/3 cup black beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Soak Kale, remove stems, and tear into small pieces. Add everything else and mix together, leaving avocado for last, just putting it on top with a pinch of salt.
