Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add sour cream, bananas, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Slowly add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and continue mixing until blended.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  7. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
