  1. Cook chicken in crock pot for a couple of hours. Drain juice. Mix water and bouillon cubes together until cubes dissolve. Add ginger and soy sauce. Pour sauce over chicken and cook for a couple hours longer. Total cooking time is 4-5 hours. Serve with rice.
