Chicken and Dumplings Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the 8 cups of water and 8 bouillon cubes in a large pot and heat on high until boiling.
  2. Once the broth is boiling, add the chicken.
  3. While the soup is cooking, combine dumpling ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Roll dough into a ball.
  6. Sprinkle your counter top/surface with flour.
  7. Place the ball of dough on the floured surface.
  8. Flatten the dough ball into a flat sheet about 3 mm thick.
  9. Slice the dough into 1 inch strips.
  10. Tear/cut each strip into bite-sized pieces.
  11. Put the pieces of dough into the soup.
  12. Once all of the dough is in the pot, reduce heat to medium-high and cook for 15 more minutes.
