Ingredients:

  • 1 (17 oz) package of mrs. tsp's potato & cheese pierogies
  • 1 (14 oz) can sauerkraut

Directions:

  1. Line bottom of 9x13 pan with frozen peirogie.
  2. Spread sauerkraut on top.
  3. Add the corned beef. Top with thousand island dressing.
  4. Top all with provolone cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 deg. for 45 minutes.
