Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 lbs chicken (cut-up )
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp curry powder

Directions:

  1. Place chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl blend together the mustard, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce and curry.
  3. Pour mixture over chicken.
  4. Bake covered in 350 degree oven approximately 1 hour.
  5. Sauce may be served over rice if desired.
