Savory Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 lbs chicken pieces
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Place chicken in a large glass baking dish.
  2. In a bowl stir together rest of ingredients until well blended.
  3. Reserve 1/2 cup of marinade for basting chicken during cooking.
  4. Pour remaining marinade over chicken.
  5. Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour (longer is better).
  6. Remove chicken from marinade.
  7. Discard marinade.
  8. Grill turning & basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
  9. Cook about 40-50 minutes or until juices run clear.
