Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container.
  2. NOTE: We used Uncle Ben's Converted Rice.
  3. Jambalaya: Bring Jambalaya Mix, 3 cups water, and 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce to a boil in a Dutch oven. Stir in 1 cup chopped cooked chicken and 1 cup chopped cooked ham or smoked sausage. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove and discard bay leaf. Yield: about 8 cups.
