Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine jalapenos and liquid with softened cream cheese.
  2. Blend with hand mixer.
  3. Spread on flour tortillas and roll up.
  4. Refrigerate for a few hours, then cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
  5. I put a dish of salsa in the center of the plate for dipping.
