Italian-style Ground Beef

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.F
  2. With hands mix lightly together beef, water, seasoned salt, black
  3. Pepper and parsley. Shape into 4 patties, about 3/4-inch thick.
  4. Coat both sides of patties with flour. Dip into egg, then into crumbs.
  5. Brown quickly in hot oil on both sides in skillet.
  6. Arrange in a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Put a slice of cheese
  7. On each patty.
  8. Pour spaghetti sauce over patties. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for about 25 min.
  10. Garnish with parsley.
