Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut potatoes in half and place into a large pot, cover with water salt generously and bring to a boil.
  2. Cook potatoes over medium low heat until tender but still firm.
  3. Drain water, put potatoes into serving bowl
  4. Combine all the other ingredients with potatoes, stir well and let sit all day.
  5. Serve warm but not hot.
