Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a baking dish with garlic at 200.C for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add potatoes & stir well to coat with mixture, sprinkle with herbs & chilli.
  3. Return to oven for approx 1 hour turning every 15 mins or so until golden & crisp.
