  1. 1. slice the chicken fillet and put in a ziplock bag with the italian dressing, just enough to cover it. leave it overnight.
  2. 2. saute the chicken fillet in butter and add a dash of garlic salt
  3. 3. prepare the lettuce and tomato
  4. 4. mix the lettuce, tomato and sauted chicken and pour some more italian dressing.
  5. You could bake the chicken instead.
