Sylvia's Cucumber Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber (i use english s, yum)
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut cucumbers in very thin slices.
  2. Cut tomatoes into cubes.
  3. Slice green onions in 1/4 inch sized pieces.
  4. Put vegetables in salad bowl and add remaining ingredients, toss thoroughly.
  5. Let salad sit in refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving to allow flavors to combine. The salad will have a nice juice to it and tastes especially good with rice.
