Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup commercial mango chutney
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Use immediately or store in refrigerator. Use to marinate chicken, beef, pork, or lamb.
