Ingredients:

  • 1 oz butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 lb carrot, sliced thin
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Melt oil with butter
  2. Add spices
  3. Add veggies
  4. Fry 5 minutes
  5. Add water
  6. Cover
  7. Cook 5 minutes until cooked
  8. Top with cilantro.
