1 ounce butter
1 tablespoon oil
1 lb carrot, sliced thin
1 potato, sliced
2 teaspoons cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Directions:
1. melt oil with butter
2. add spices
3. add veggies
4. fry 5 minutes
5. add water
6. cover
7. cook 5 minutes until cooked
8. top with cilantro.
