Spicy Indian Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch fennel seed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

Directions:

  1. Put in butter with oil in pan.
  2. Get hot.
  3. Add spices.
  4. Add carrots saute for 15 minutes( i needed to add a little water here ).
  5. Until soft.
  6. Add coconut serve.
