Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta in a large pot, according to directions on package, but cook the potato in the same water at the same time. The potato should take about the same amount of time to boil as the pasta.
  2. In a separate pan, while the pasta and potato are cooking, saute the onion in the cooking oil.
  3. When the onion is just starting to turn translucent, add in the garlic and bell pepper. Continue to saute until the bell pepper is cooked as desired.
  4. If the tuna is packed in water, drain it. If the tuna is packed in oil, drain the oil into a separate cup and set aside.
  5. Add the tuna to the vegetable mixture.
  6. When the pasta and potato are done, drain them, and add in the vegetable/ tuna mixture.
  7. Combine it all well and mix in the mustard, along with enough oil to keep the pasta from clumping together (I like to use some of the oil from the tuna can for this).
