Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix pickle ingredients together.
  2. Soak for 24 hours.
  3. Wash in clean running water (about 10 minutes).
  4. Let set in clean ice water for 4 hours.
  5. Syrup:Mix ingredients for syrup.
  6. Bring to a boil and pour over pickles.
  7. Let stand overnight.
  8. Next day, bring all to a boil and simmer 30-35 minutes.
  9. Add green food color and put in jars and seal.
  10. Not required to do the boiling water bath method.
