Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • garlic powder , to taste
  • salt , to taste
  • 1 -2 tbsp carrot baby food (or other veggies...be creative!)
  • water , to reach desired consistency

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree, adding water until you reach desired consistency.
  2. Serve with pita chips, crudites, or as a sandwich spread. My son loves it with pretzels, just like his mama!
