Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix chilli paste, lemon juice, coriander, garlic, ginger and salt in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, then gradually drizzled the oil into the mixture while blending
  3. Heat 10ml of olive oil in a pan
  4. Season pan with salt and pepper
  5. Fry prawns for 2 minutes without overcooking
  6. Remove from the pan
  7. Drizzled sauce over prawns and cook
