Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim the crust from bread , cut quarters in triangles.
  2. Place prawns , oyster sauce ,cornflour , coriander ginger in a food processor and blend.
  3. Spread mixture on one side of the bread , brush all over with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds .
  4. Deep fry in moderate heat until golden brown .
  5. Serve with chilli sauce.
