Hot Peach Sundaes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 tsp water

Directions:

  1. Peel, pit, and chop peaches.
  2. Put in lg pan with sugar, cinnamon and 1 cup water.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix cornstarch with 3 Tsp water.
  6. Add to peaches while stirring.
  7. Cook 2 more min.
  8. Spoon over your favorite ice cream and top with fresh whipped cream.
