Hot or Sweet Italian Easter Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place crust in pie pan.
  2. Saute sausage and onions, drain, spoon into pie pan.
  3. Blend eggs,cream,cheese s/p pour over sausage.
  4. Bake 350 for 35 minutes, cool and serve cut into small pieces.
  5. Serve at room temperature can be made 2 days early,keep in refrig.
  6. Let get to room temperature or reheat for 3 to 5 minutes.
