Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Grease a round pan, 8 x 1 1/2 inches.
  3. Blend egg, milk and baking mix with fork to form soft dough.
  4. Stir in half of the cheese.
  5. Spread dough in the pan.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese and poppy seeds over the top.
  7. Drizle with margarine.
  8. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 20-25 minutes.
  9. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
