Ingredients:

  • 4 oz butter
  • 2 qts. water
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 6 0 z vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Simmer all above except rum till hot,then add rum.
  2. This yields 6-8 servings. Yo can half it or save and reheat...we keep in a carafe that keeps it warm.
