Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 2 cups walnut halves
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Mix spices together, add walnuts, drizzle with oil.
  3. Spread out on a baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes until lightly toasted, stirring twice cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn onto paper towels to cool completely.
