Hot And Spicy Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large skillet, melt 4 tablespoons butter.
  2. Saute mushrooms until tender.
  3. Remove mushrooms from pan and set aside.
  4. Add remaining butter to skillet.
  5. Add green pepper, red pepper and green onions. Saute until softened.
  6. Add garlic and saute 1 minute.
  7. Add wine and seasonings.
  8. Return mushrooms to skillet and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
