  1. Boil/cook rice till cooked
  2. Lightly fry onion and add rice - corn, peas and chopped shrimp
  3. Add spices as you please - depending on if you like it mild, hot or like me and bitey hot.
  4. This can also be made with Italian herbs, good with oregano, thyme and marjoram - and chopped proscuito crumbled into it.
  5. Can be vaired any way - but this is my basic one - i have heaps of Indian herbs, madrass curry, Tandori mix, Tunisian herbs, and lots of others that i found on the internet and have purchased from time to time. its also good with a bit of garlic and ground black pepper.
