Hot and Spicy Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese in the center of each breast; then fold over and wrap with bacon.
  2. Inject breast with 1/4 oz.
  3. Marinade.
  4. Place on a wire rack and smoke on medium heat for about 30 minutes.
