Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:

  1. Mix honey, soy sauce, and curry powder
  2. Sprinkle pork chops with ginger and garlic salt
  3. Marinate chops overnight in honey and soy sauce mixture
  4. Pierce chops with fork to be sure flavor penetrates
  5. Turn several times
  6. The fire needs to be on med-low
  7. Chops should be cooked about 20-30 min.
