Honey Applesauce Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the applesauce, egg, oil and honey.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients and stir into the honey mixture.
  3. Stir in the raisins.
  4. Divide the batter evenly into 12 greased muffin tins.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes
