Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9-inch glass baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl combine the hominy, eggs, chorizo, cheese, onion and chilies if desired.
  4. Pour into the prepared dish.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
