Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring to the boil quartered potatoes, and cook til just tender, remove and cool under gentle running cold water to stop the cooking process.
  2. When cool, roll in a lightly seasoned flour bath or shake in a bag of flour thats been seasoned
  3. Pat excess flour off, and roll potatoes in the eggwash, then shake in bag that has been prepared with the breadcrumb, garlic powder
  4. Remove and lay on a tray lined with non stick paper, and lightly drizzle olive oil over potatoes
  5. Cook til golden at 180 .c
