  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 2 cups potatoes
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1 cup barley

Directions:

  1. Bring all of the following ingredients to a boil until tender.
