Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop the mushrooms, oinion, carrots, garlic and pepper.
  2. Brown oinion with the carrots in a large pot in butter.
  3. Add ground beef.
  4. Cook until ground beef is ready.
  5. Add diced tomatoes, tomato juice, tomato soup, pasta sauce and brown sugar.
  6. Add vegetables. and chopped garlic cloves.
  7. Add half of basil, thyme, oregano and italian spices.
  8. Let it cook at low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
  9. Add the rest of the spices.
  10. Tast and add oinion powder if too acid. If not tasty enough add italian spices.
  11. Let it cook for 20 to 30 minutes at low heat.
