Homemade Instant Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • into a container or small ziploc bag, put
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 splenda packet or 3 packets (1 tsp brown or demerrara sugar)
  • 1/8 tsp salt (or more , to taste)
  • if you are making apple-cinnamon, add
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • dried apple bits (as much as you like)

Directions:

  1. Seal the container and shake it up. You now have one serving of instant oatmeal to take to work, school, etc.!
  2. To cook:
  3. Add 1 cup hot water.
  4. Let oats sit for a minute.
  5. Stir, add milk and eat!
