Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat the margarine and brown sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, scraping the bowl occasionally. Add the egg. Beat until blended. Stir in the oats, bananas, salt and cinnamon. Add the pecans, raisins, and apricots and mix well.
  2. Spoon the batter into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2 inch bars.
  3. May freeze for future use.
