Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prehart oven to 325.
  2. Mix oats, nuts and seeds in a large bowl.
  3. Add salt and cinnamon.
  4. In a measuring cup, wisk together canola oil and syrup.
  5. Add to oat mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Spread out on baking sheet lined with parchment (or lightly greased).
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning (every 5 minutes or so).
  8. Remove from oven and cool completely before adding dried fruit.
  9. Store in airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
